I have personal experience regards to third point. I've met founder like this, and I've interviewed protocol like this. These people just bought fancy items and not supper crazy about change the world, this is a RED flag.
Great post, thanks for writing! I totally agree on focusing on seed/pre-seed sub $30MM valuation if possible and the super late stage "oligopoly" bets like Consensys, Gemini etc.
